Alfi Group is a multi-industry holding company that unites a network of leading enterprises in the construction industry of Russia. 20 years in the market, over 20 production enterprises, and more than 8,500 professionals in the team.
- CEO-1 level position
- Scale: over 8 thousand people, 24 plants
Responsibilities:
- Audit and Redesign: conducting a full functional analysis of assets, designing an optimal organizational structure
- Payroll Optimization: developing and implementing a plan to bring personnel costs to target indicators without loss of operational efficiency
- Motivation: developing a unified position matrix, motivation system, and KPIs to ensure cost transparency, manage efficiency, and increase asset profitability
- Change Management: supporting integration processes to minimize risks and reduce staff resistance during structural transformations
Additionally:
- Optimization of creating a unified policy and methodology for working with personnel across all Business Units of the Holding (all HR directions)
- Forming a team of leaders (personal involvement in filling Top Manager positions)
- Managing the HR team (over 80 people reporting)
- Development, optimization, and management of processes for recruitment and onboarding of new employees, personnel administration, assessment, training and development of personnel, payroll funds, incentive programs, optimization and automation of business processes
- Automation of HR department processes

Requirements:
- Relevant experience as Head of HR in large industrial holdings with a headcount of over 3,000 employees for more than 10 years is mandatory
- Higher education
- High personal expertise in all HR blocks: knowledge of personnel records management, Labor Code of the Russian Federation; skills in implementing corporate culture; experience in budgeting and project management; experience in building an effective recruitment system, personal selection and closing vacancies; clear focus on achieving set goals, systematic approach, responsibility for results
