Yoga Academy is seeking a Corporate Development Partner.

Yoga Academy is a team of like-minded individuals creating high-quality, effective online courses for aspiring and current yoga instructors.

Currently, the company is developing a new area – corporate wellness solutions for businesses. The Academy helps companies build strong teams through mindfulness, health, and modern corporate event formats.

Who we're looking for:

We're not looking for an employee, but a partner to develop the direction.

Someone interested in creating a new direction practically from scratch, influencing the product, participating in strategy formation, and earning directly from results.

This role is suitable for those with B2B sales experience, who can identify business opportunities, independently build communication with decision-makers, and are ready to work in a partnership format with high income potential.

We are considering candidates interested in an entrepreneurial collaboration format without a fixed salary. It's important that motivation is built on results, the development of the direction, and long-term partnership.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the corporate direction of Yoga Academy
• Find and attract corporate clients
• Reach out to decision-makers and build long-term relationships
• Conduct CustDev interviews and identify company needs
• Participate in the formation and packaging of corporate products

Present and sell turnkey wellness events:

• Team-building events in eco and healthy lifestyle concepts

• Corporate yoga and mindfulness programs

• Wellness days for employees

• Strategic sessions with mindfulness practices

• Corporate retreats and special projects

• Develop commercial proposals tailored to client needs

• Manage deals until event launch

• Make suggestions for the development of the direction and sales scaling

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership projects
• Ability to reach decision-makers and build trusting relationships
• Negotiation skills with company executives and business owners
• Experience conducting CustDev interviews and identifying real client needs
• Consultative sales approach
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results orientation
• Independence, responsibility, and readiness to influence the development of a new direction
• Experience in selling services, corporate events, educational products, HR solutions, or consulting will be an advantage
• Interest in wellbeing, mindfulness, corporate culture, and employee development topics will be an advantage
