A major hotel chain is looking for an Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
- Development of concepts for the operational development of hotel activities
- Analysis of indicators, formation of goals and motivation systems
- Evaluation of managers and formation of a talent pool of top hotel staff, participation in the formation of correct competencies
- Formation of requirements for operational reporting, approval of hotel budgets and control of their execution
- Development and implementation of network and operational hotel standards
- Preparation for opening, formation of the opening plan and budget, calculation of profitability indicators, budgets, and launch of new hotels
- Participation in the development of concepts and support for the construction of new hotels in terms of product requirements and operational expertise
- Integration of new hotels into the network, supervision of reconstruction and rebranding stages of existing hotels according to brand requirements
- Interaction with hotel management and operational teams to improve the efficiency of subdivisions
Requirements:
- Experience in operational management of a hotel cluster / hotel chain (from 3 years)
- Experience in opening 4-5* hotels
- Willingness to relocate (within the Russian Federation)
Conditions:
An annual bonus of up to 50% of annual income is provided upon achievement of the following indicators:
- Increase in operational GOP per room night for operating facilities, from the second full year of operation of facilities above the expense growth rate. Indicator share 50%
- NPS for all branded hotels from the second full year of operation of facilities 80%. Indicator share 50%
