We are developing our marketplace advertising division and are looking for a TeamLead who will take functional management of the advertising setup specialist team and be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of client advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
1. Responsibility for advertising results:
- Monitor the launch, setup, and management of advertising campaigns on marketplaces;
- Analyze the effectiveness of advertising placements and identify growth opportunities;
- Monitor key performance indicators: Advertising Cost of Sales/ROAS, advertising turnover, expenses, impressions, clicks, conversions, and other KPIs;
- Participate in the development of advertising strategies for clients;
- Find and implement ways to improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
2. Develop team expertise
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees;
- Conduct continuous training, enhance specialists' expertise;
- Analyze complex cases together with the team.
What we expect
- 2–3 years of experience with advertising on marketplaces;
- Deep understanding of how marketplace advertising tools work;
- Practical experience with Ozon and Wildberries advertising accounts;
- Understanding of marketplace advertising economics and key advertising metrics;
- Experience managing a team or a senior/lead specialist role with mentoring functions;
- Systemic approach, independence, and ability to handle a large volume of tasks;
- Strong communication skills;
- Results-oriented and ready to take responsibility for them.
