📍Development of transistors and MMICs, Moscow, Saint Petersburg   Responsibilities:

• Define strategy: form a development and sales plan.
• Interaction with design: select technologies and products.
• Interaction with production: selection in conjunction with developers.
• Build a team: hire necessary employees, motivate, develop.
• Interact with partners: set tasks, attract necessary contractors.
• Support business: prepare commercial proposals for customers and investors.   Requirements:
• Higher technical education (Microwave, Radiophysics, Electronics). Candidate of Sciences degree is a plus.
• Over 8 years of experience in business development and sales of microwave transistors and MMICs.
• Knowledge of GaN/SiC or pHEMT technologies.
• Experience with project sales and government contracts.   Conditions:
• Salary: fixed 600,000 – 800,000 net + bonus.
• Option: company share, terms to be discussed.
• Location: Moscow or Saint Petersburg, hybrid work is possible.
