At Mars, we are looking for a Financial Business Partner to support the Sales Department.

What you will do:

Be a business partner for the sales team, including D2C (ECOM) and Pet Pro (breeders and vet clinics)
Control monthly closing regarding trade investments, ensure completeness and correctness of cost reflection, allocation of investments, and calculation of NSV
Lead Trade Investments meetings on a monthly basis to control investment spending and ensure its effective use
Assess client profitability and efficiency, and conduct regular reviews with client teams to improve client performance
Co-lead the Resource Allocation process (annual budgeting/planning of trade investments) together with the Sales Operations team
Support the sales team in working on commercial terms
Work on improving the detail level of planning and actual allocation of trade investments to the product-client level
Develop digital tools and promote the digitalization of the financial function
