We are an international educational company in the field of health and conscious living, operating in the US, UK, and European markets. We create courses on health, movement, and mental well-being — products that truly change people's lives.
We are building the largest project in the world in its niche — and we are successfully moving along this path. A company with an advertising budget of $1M+/month, revenue growth of 2–3x over the last year, and a plan to x3 the budget this year. 300+ courses, a powerful Meta channel, direct sales, clean unit economics, and a strong team of professionals.
The goal is to enter the top 5 global edtech projects in the wellness sector in the coming years.
What the candidate receives:

Area of Responsibility:
- Fulfillment of sales plan through all acquisition channels;
- Management of advertising budget of $1M+/month — Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and others;
- Scaling effective campaigns, stopping ineffective ones, launching new ones;
- Funnel optimization — offers, landing pages, creatives, tests, conversion optimization;
- Team management — media buyers, creative producers, contractors;
- New product categories — hypotheses, launch, P&L, management of the current portfolio.
Who we are looking for:
- CMO / Head of Growth / Performance Lead with direct responsibility for revenue;
- Managed budgets of $10K/day in Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok;
- Built direct sales funnels — purchase on a landing page or direct subscription;
- Verticals: edtech, wellness, subscriptions, e-commerce — international markets;
- Data-driven decisions: CAC, LTV, ROMI — working language;
- Hands-on approach, not just delegating to the team;
- Uses AI tools in daily work;
- English B2–C1.
