Willingness to actively engage in cold sales: search for new clients and partners for outstaff development teams. Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher for free communication with English-speaking clients. Understanding of the specifics of the IT market and outstaffing. Ability to think strategically, set goals, and achieve results. Focus on long-term cooperation and income growth through KPI achievement.
