Customer Care Specialist

Vacancy: Customer Care Specialist 🎮 Do you love helping people and can stay calm even in difficult situations?

We are looking for someone who: ✨ can communicate clearly and friendly; ✨ doesn't get lost when dealing with complaints and conflict situations; ✨ can quickly understand the situation and find solutions; ✨ can maintain a high level of service without template answers.

What's important: ▪️ Fluent written Russian and English; ▪️ Turkish will be a big advantage; ▪️ Customer support experience is welcome, but we are ready to consider junior specialists; ▪️ Experience in gaming, marketplace, fintech, crypto, or other digital products will be a plus; ▪️ Knowledge of Zendesk, Intercom, Chatwoot, or other helpdesk systems is also welcome.
