Ideal Profile

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Strong experience in multi-brand organizations, multinational businesses, or QSR/F&B groups.
• Strong background in strategic HR, talent management, organizational development, and HR governance.
• Experience working closely with CEOs, GMs, and senior business leaders.
• Regional/MENA experience is highly preferred
