Seeking an HR Business Partner for an international, dynamically developing fintech company operating in the high-frequency trading (HFT) sector.

The company is growing, and the team already includes founders, traders, mathematicians, developers, and other strong specialists.

We now need an HR partner who can support the full HR cycle, help the team develop, and enhance employee engagement.

This role is at the intersection of the team, founders, and company culture. It's important to be able to listen to strong technical specialists, speak their language, and build an HR approach that helps the business grow internationally.

Who we are looking for:

• 6+ years of experience as an HR BP/HRD in IT, gamedeveloper, or fintech companies;
• Experience working with product and distributed teams;
• Experience working with mathematicians, programmers, and other strong experts;
• Experience as an HR BP/HRD in an international context (outside of the Russian Federation and CE(E)A region);
• Experience scaling small and medium-sized teams and startups to a mature level and building HR processes;
• Experience launching new locations outside of the Russian Federation and CE(E)A region;
• English language proficiency from C1 level and above;
• Willingness to work in an office format;
• You are located in or willing to relocate to Moscow OR Dubai — your choice.

What you will be doing:

• Support the full HR cycle for a team of up to 100 people;
• Participate in team development and motivation, increase engagement;
• Work in close collaboration with founders and team leads;
• Assist in building HR processes in an international environment.
