Marketing Manager (SPB)
Hi! We are an AdTech company. We develop IT products and are actively conquering the digital advertising sphere worldwide.
Our flagship is an advertising affiliate network specializing in push notifications with billions of impressions daily. We are actively growing, opening opportunities to work with international projects and advertising tools.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our team — someone who confidently leads projects to success.
What you will do:
- Develop and manage marketing projects: from idea to implementation and analysis of results.
- Manage teams (design, content, external contractors): define areas of responsibility, set tasks, control deadlines and quality.
- Oversee the process: from responsibility areas and deadlines to the quality of execution.
- Ensure effective cross-team communication.
- Remove operational load from the marketing team without loss of efficiency.
- Independently complete some tasks within the overall marketing strategy.
What we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in this position, with experience confidently managing multiple projects simultaneously, and knowing how to bring each to fruition.
- English at least B2 level — all external communications and marketing are conducted in English.
- Understanding of marketing as a system: brand, content, events, PR, lead generation — it’s not necessary to be able to do everything yourself, but to understand the interconnections.
- Ability to structure chaos, decompose goals, and bring projects to completion.
- Experience working with contractors and internal teams (design, content, production, development).
- Confident proficiency with task trackers.
- Confident business communication skills: ability to ask questions, get the necessary information, record agreements and deadlines, remind, etc.
- Ability to work with analytics tools (web and beyond), draw conclusions from data, find hidden correlations, aggregate data from different sources and bring it into a unified system, link marketing metrics with business metrics.
- Independence and responsibility for results.
It will be a plus if you:
- Have worked in adtech / affiliate / performance marketing.
- Have experience preparing and coordinating participation in conferences and events.
- Have worked with English-speaking teams and contractors.
- Have written marketing texts in English.
- Know how corporate merchandise production works.
