What tasks await:
Strategic Management and P&L:
- Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy for the 1-3 year horizon
- Marketing budget management
Multichannel Marketing Management:
- Influencer marketing management through building long-term partnerships with key opinion leaders, brand ambassadors, and bloggers
- SMM marketing management across all key social networks
- Ensuring growth in reach, engagement, and loyalty
- Event marketing management, integration with industry events and occasions
- Content marketing management (design, production, copywriting), providing all sales channels (own e-commerce, marketplaces, offline store, wholesale sales) with necessary materials
- Content factory management, building a team of in-house creators and scaling their results
Planning and Analytics:
- Fulfillment of annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans and metrics, timely addressing deviations of leading indicators
- Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing channels and initiatives, identifying growth drivers and ROMI optimization points
- Formation of a marketing analytics system (dashboards, BI reports) ensuring transparency of results for all management levels
Team Management and Talent Development:
- Development of an effective organizational structure for the marketing department, corresponding to the scale and goals of the business for 1-3 years
- Development of a team of heads of departments, ensuring a talent pipeline for management positions
- Implementation of a goal-setting and performance evaluation system (KPI) for managers and their teams
Brand and Customer Experience Development:
- Brand reputation management in online and offline spaces
- Development and implementation of positioning standards (brand platform, brand book, tone of voice, key visual, etc.) for the brand across all segments and all customer touchpoints, creating an image on par with leading global industry brands
Process Optimization and Automation:
- Implementation of AI solutions and tools to optimize processes and automate work
- Optimization of processes and invested resources for the results obtained
Required Knowledge:
- Strategic thinking: the ability to formulate long-term goals and develop a plan to achieve them, identify opportunities and threats, make informed decisions, and set priorities.
- Analytical thinking: the ability to identify trends and interrelationships.
- Knowledge in marketing and advertising: understanding the principles of positioning and branding, target audience segmentation, methods of conducting marketing research and analysis.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools. Knowledge of modern digital tools: SEO, SMM, influencer marketing, CRM, targeted and contextual advertising.
- Ability to work with marketing automation services: BI systems, end-to-end analytics services, CRM systems, and other specialized platforms help increase the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Required Experience and Qualities:
- 5+ years in the role of Marketing Director / Head of Marketing / CMO
- Experience with DTC / e-commerce / retail / marketplace. Ability to manage a multichannel marketing engine
- Skill in building a lead generation system for various sales channels
- Ability to effectively combine brand + performance + content
- Must have experience in brand building (positioning, tone of voice, brand platform)
- Team management (including heads of departments)
- Developed analytical thinking + data-driven approach
- Experience in implementing processes, automation, and AI tools
