CRM Marketing Intern (part-time)

Hi! My name is Liza, and I'm in charge of CRM at Flowwow. We are currently looking for a CRM Intern / Junior CRM Marketer to join our CRM team. You will be responsible for CRM mailings and will help us build a smarter and more automated CRM. Key tasks include: preparing and launching mass email and push notifications, setting up trigger scenarios, testing communications before sending, and analyzing campaign results. You will work with key CRM metrics, A/B tests, and also help us implement AI in CRM processes.

We need someone who is interested in CRM marketing and wants to grow in this field, is attentive to details and deadlines, and thinks in numbers. It’s important for us that you can juggle multiple tasks at once, aren't afraid to ask questions, and show creativity in using AI.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate mass e-mail and push notifications together with creative teams.

• Launch and manage trigger e-mail and push scenarios in CDP, similar to Mindbox.

• Test mailings before launch.

• Maintain and update the content plan for Russia and CIS countries.

• Analyze the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Participate in the automation of CRM marketing, including training AI agents.

What we expect from you:

• Availability to work 20–30 hours per week.

• Initial experience in marketing or sales – up to 1 year.

• Interest in CRM marketing and a desire to develop in this area.

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Basic knowledge of CRM analytics: understanding of key metrics and A/B testing principles.

• Knowledge of fundamental CRM mechanics for working with a client base: types of mailings and communication scenarios.

• Initiative and a desire to optimize work processes using AI.

• High attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

• Communication skills and empathy when working with the team and clients.

• Organization and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience working with Mindbox and/or a Mindbox certificate.
