Title: Senior CRM Marketer
Company: Skyeng
Location: Moscow
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Skysmart is an EdTech company that is actively developing lifelong learning. We help people grow at every stage of life: we teach preschoolers and students of grades 1–11 online, improve education for adult students and employees. We bring everyone to a result they will be proud of. We create conditions for development within the company and turn business tasks into creative fuel for professionals.
We are looking for a self-sufficient Senior CRM Manager to join the Skysmart CRM Marketing team.
The team is responsible for communication with users of several products: tutors, homeschooling, exam preparation, and coding. You will be responsible for the financial performance of CRM communications and their development in assigned products.
We have a horizontal structure, a high degree of independence, and a strong team of technical specialists who handle the setup of mass communications and triggers. Your area of responsibility is strategy, planning, hypothesis generation and testing, task assignment, and results.
Your tasks:
- Develop a CRM strategy for assigned products: identify priority segments, growth areas, and a quarterly initiative plan.
- Plan and control CRM business metrics: revenue, conversion to payment, repeat payments, and communication costs.
- Design and develop mass and triggered communications at different stages of the user journey: from application and first payment to repeat purchases and reactivation.
- Develop segmentation considering the user role — parent or student, educational needs, product interest, behavior, and decision-making stage.
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of CRM hypotheses, considering the expected impact and implementation resources.
- Test hypotheses through A/B tests and control groups, evaluate the additional contribution of communications to conversion and revenue.
- Manage contact policy: coordinate communications for different products and channels, control message frequency, audience overlap, and unsubscribes.
- Translate CRM strategy into a media plan and content plan, coordinate priorities and launch deadlines with teams.
- Be responsible for the main channels: email, in-app, mobile push notifications, personal account messages, and stories.
- Additionally work with Telegram bots, SMS, and robotic calls.
- Assign tasks to copywriters, designers, and technical specialists, coordinate the preparation and launch of communications.
- Analyze communication results, identify growth areas, and propose solutions.
- Prepare regular reports, present results to management, and justify decisions made.
- Interact with related teams: product, operations, support, retention, and telemarketing.
You will be comfortable with us if you:
- Have worked in B2C — for example, in services, subscriptions, e-commerce, or other products with a large user base;
- Have experience as a Senior CRM Manager / CRM Marketer;
- Can develop a CRM strategy and independently form a media plan and content plan;
- Understand how to link CRM communications with business financial results, and can plan channel revenue and expenses;
- Have experience designing A/B tests and working with control groups, can interpret results and make decisions about scaling hypotheses;
- Can demonstrate case studies of conversion, revenue, or repeat purchase growth through CRM and explain how the effect was evaluated;
- Have deep experience working with CDP; experience with Mindbox will be a big plus;
- Confidently work with BI tools — DataLens, Tableau, or similar systems, can independently analyze data and prepare reports;
- Understand user segmentation principles and can work not only with basic RFM;
- Can assign tasks to content and technical teams;
- Can present results with arguments and answer management's questions;
- Can interact with different teams, coordinate priorities, and negotiate joint solutions.
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of API, webhooks, and integrations with CDP.
- Experience working with complex data models in CDP.
- Case studies of deep segmentation and the use of ML models in triggered communications.
- Experience using AI tools in daily work: preparing content plans, generating hypotheses, analytics, writing code.
- EdTech experience is not required. We value strong B2C expertise more, so we consider candidates from other industries.
Perks:
- Fixed salary with the possibility of an increase based on annual performance review.
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- We create products that truly change education and make learning more interesting than Netflix.
- We offer freedom of action: you can launch new formats, influence strategy, and see the results of your ideas.
- We work with a product-oriented approach: decisions are data-driven, not based on someone's mood.
- Healthy remote work: no one controls when you start working or where you are, the main thing is the result you aim to achieve. But there is also a cozy office in Moscow — with free breakfasts and 24/7 access.
- We invest in development: we pay for training, coach public speaking, help build careers.
- The team fosters an atmosphere of respect and openness: any idea can be discussed and implemented.
- Benefits marketplace: each year we top up your bonus balance, which can be spent on anything — shopping, spa visits, and 100+ other useful and pleasant items.
- Free conversation clubs and discounts up to 50% on company products for you, your friend, and child. Plus discounts from partners.
