The VkusVill team is looking for a colleague for the role of Development Manager/Location Scout for the corporate sales department.
A new corporate division is being formed within the company. We are uniting several teams: micromarkets, vending, catering, meal plans, and others into a single corporate sales block.
This position is open specifically for this unification, not for supporting current tasks. Some processes are not yet established, and you will need to build them independently or as part of a new team.
What you will be doing
- Build and manage the location pipeline: from a list of properties to a signed contract;
- Negotiate with business center management companies, property owners, and facility administrators;
- Gather information on the rental market: real rates for property classes, conditions, what is negotiable and on what terms;
- Evaluate a location before entering: traffic, employee profile, what is already there, will it pay off;
- Enter new types of facilities: social, sports, parks, exhibition grounds;
- Hand over opened locations to the territorial manager without any losses.
Our Candidate
- Has personally led lease negotiations and brought them to signing;
- Understands the structure of a rental rate and what is negotiable within it;
- Has calculated the payback period for a point of sale before opening.
Desirable
- Existing contacts within the management companies of Moscow business centers;
- Experience launching a format that has not been previously available in the network.
