What you will be doing
- Organizing the fulfillment of the Client Team's plan (KPI) (3 employees), including by organizing the effective work of the department aimed at achieving these goals, as well as fulfilling individual plans
- Coordinating the work of the Client Team, motivating the employees of the Client Team
- Searching for and attracting mid-sized business clients for servicing by the Bank
- Conducting negotiations to identify client needs and the possible structure of risk products, taking into account the Bank's Credit Policy and risk appetite requirements
- Interacting with mid-sized business clients when organizing meetings with product/related departments
- Supporting and selling all products to clients of SKB, depending on client needs
- Initiating training for the Client Team
Our requirements for candidates
- Higher education
- Experience in cold acquisition of small and medium-sized business clients, sales of banking products
- Experience in structuring complex credit transactions
