We are a product company with a 4-year history. We have created a modern gaming platform and work with both our own brands and client projects in the iGaming sphere.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement deeply segmented player retention strategies (Tier 1 countries); • Work with player behavioral analytics: triggers, LTV, churn rate, session depth, cohort; • Create automated multichannel communications (email, push, SMS, in-app); • Build personalized bonus mechanics (e.g., by VIP level, game profile, funnel); • Use A/B/n testing to optimize sequences; • Analyze campaign effectiveness, forecast ROI, track CPL, RPR, Retention Rate;
What we expect from you:
• 2+ years of experience in retention/CRM marketing for online casinos with a focus on Tier-1 audiences; • Proficient in Customer.io (mandatory requirement); • Deep understanding of the player lifecycle, VIP segmentation, reactivation, and trigger scenarios; • Ability to build the Customer Journey at all stages (from the first deposit to re-engaging lapsed players); • Practical experience with metrics: ARPPU, DAU, LTV, churn rate, conversion to deposit; • Ability to write technical specifications for bonus offers and communications;
