Retention Manager (iGaming).

Remote, or office in Cyprus/Riga

What you will do: 🎯 Develop and implement a user retention strategy ⚙️ Set up and optimize CRM chains (welcome, retention, reactivation, win-back) 📩 Work with multichannel communications: email, push, SMS, in-app 🧩 Segment the audience and conduct A/B tests 📊 Analyze user behavior and identify growth opportunities 📈 Work with key metrics: LTV, Retention Rate, Churn, ARPU 🤝 Interact with analytics, product, and marketing teams

What is important: 💼 2+ years of experience in Retention/CRM in international projects 🛠 Experience with CRM platforms 🔍 Ability to work with data and user segmentation 📑 Basic analytical skills (Excel, SQL, BI) 🌍 English from B1
