Location: remote or office Riga\Cyprus [ 5\2]

Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive CRM strategy for user retention (iGaming).
• Launch and optimization of multichannel chains: Email, Push, SMS, In-app.
• Work with data: audience segmentation, working with Excel exports, preparing reports on LTV, Retention Rate, Churn Rate.
• Independent planning of promotions, development of bonus mechanics, and quality control of content.
• Conducting A/B tests to increase conversion and engagement.

We expect:

• At least 2 years of experience in CRM/Retention (in iGaming, also considering Crypto / Fintech / MFO).
• Confident command of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel), Excel (pivot tables, formulas), SQL.
• Confident experience with CRM platforms (Braze, Emarsys, Mindbox, Webengage, Firebase or equivalents).
• Ability to work autonomously, propose hypotheses, and take responsibility for the result.
• English language at B1-B2 level.
• Experience working with the Africa region will be a plus.
