My colleagues are looking for a strong Head of T&D

Our client is a large corporation with approximately 6-7 thousand employees, currently in a phase of active growth and transformation.

We are looking for not just a head of training, but a strong and ambitious leader capable of building a modern people development system and linking T&D to real business tasks.

In the focus of the role:

• building an effective training and development system;
• career development, succession, and talent pool;
• development of performance management and employee evaluation system;
• implementation of analytics and modern technological solutions in T&D;
• measuring training effectiveness and understanding the ROI / impact of development investments on business results;
• forming a strong expert team and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

The role may also be of interest to Senior HRBPs with experience in implementing complex T&D projects.

We are particularly interested in experience transforming the T&D function in large companies and managing a team of 20+ people.

In this role, you will need to interact extensively with top management, so we are looking for someone with a mature leadership position: brave, persuasive, systematic, willing to defend decisions and conduct complex negotiations with high-level stakeholders.
