Responsibilities

• Development of a communication content plan for services
• Development of visual and text materials (photo-video, writing posts, preparing videos, event announcements, etc.)
• Preparation of presentation materials for services and offerings
• Engagement and growth of the active audience on the company's social networks
• Collection of feedback on services and offerings from employees, preparation of responses to feedback
• Reporting on engagement (ER) and reach in communication channels
• Search and communication with potential contracting organizations (for the development of complex content).

Requirements

• Higher education (journalism, marketing, public relations)
• SMM specialist or editor experience of 2+ years
• Versatile specialist skills: ability to write texts, independently create simple graphics (Figma/Photoshop), and produce basic videos without engaging contractors
• Ability to work with employee survey data to generate topics
• Energy, openness, willingness to participate in content shooting
• Experience working with AI tools.
