Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for products
- Conduct market research: analyze trends, benchmarks, target audience, and competitive environment to determine product positioning and key advantages
- Plan and ensure the launch of new products and features to the market, including the development of a value proposition and communication strategy
- Organize and manage cross-functional projects for product and campaign launches in collaboration with product, development, analytics, media, and creative teams
- Analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of activities and optimize the budget, participate in the development of creative ideas,
- Interact with agencies to create materials, media strategies, special projects, coordinate the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns (360°), manage the process and control execution
- Analyze product funnels and growth points
- Generate and implement hypotheses for their optimization.
Requirements
- Higher education (marketing will be an advantage)
- 4+ years of experience in product and/or communication marketing
- Experience in the premium segment/with the premium segment target audience
- Proven cases of successful product launches or integrated marketing campaigns (360°)
- Systemic and product thinking: deep understanding of the interrelationships between business metrics, funnel stages, and user experience
- Project management and communication skills: ability to prioritize, synchronize the work of different teams, and deliver tasks to completion
- Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty, independently structure tasks, and effectively manage multitasking
- Experience with AI tools.
- Experience with luxury brands or high-net-worth individuals is desirable
