The "Domklik" team is responsible for developing and implementing innovations in mortgage lending processes, improving customer interaction with the service, and enhancing user experience on the platform.
Responsibilities
- organizing the execution of an action plan aimed at achieving the target indicators of the business plan for mortgage lending divisions and the development of Domklik services
- forming the vision and direction for the center's product development
- managing customer journeys and processes
- being responsible for the center's product results
- building the center's teams (hiring, training, development)
- ensuring effective communication within the center's operations
- managing the center's budget.
Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience in a position with similar functional responsibilities in the field of mortgage lending
- experience managing a nationwide network
- experience managing operational efficiency, digitalization projects
- skills in working with analytical tools
- experience managing large-scale projects: from planning to implementation and result evaluation
- deep knowledge of mortgage lending processes, regulatory and legal framework
- ability to see long-term perspectives and set priorities
- understanding of risk management and financial modeling
- negotiation skills with top management and external partners
- readiness to work effectively under high pressure
- higher education
- relevant certificates (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, SCRUM etc.).
