Lead B2B Marketer
At NSS Consult Labor Protection Center, we help large businesses with labor protection, environmental, and industrial safety issues. We are confident that expertise should be noticeable. Therefore, we are looking for a marketer who can package our brand, organize impactful offline events, and ensure we are recognized in the market.
If you know how to work with brands, create visual materials, launch events, and see the connection between marketing and sales — we need you.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a brand development strategy, analyzing the market and competitors.
- Formulating and testing marketing hypotheses, evaluating results, and scaling successful solutions.
- Developing the brand book, assigning tasks to designers, and overseeing the preparation of presentations, commercial proposals, brochures, and other materials.
- Organizing online and offline events: exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and seminars.
- Managing email marketing, analyzing the sales funnel in CRM, and the impact of marketing on leads and revenue.
- Collaborating with the Commercial Director, HR, contractors, and partners.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Marketing experience from 2 years, with a focus on branding and event management in the B2B sphere.
- Skills in working with social networks and partner networks (YouTube, VK Video, Telegram).
- Experience in organizing in-person and online events (exhibitions, conferences, webinars).
- Ability to create visual materials (presentations, brochures, commercial proposals) — proficiency in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
- Basic skills in working with CRM (Bitrix24) and understanding of the sales funnel.
- Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Independence, proactivity, attention to detail.
