The Federal Competence Center for Labor Productivity is looking for a Consultant for Social Sphere Project Implementation.
The Federal Competence Center is the operator of the national project "Labor Productivity" in terms of targeted support for enterprises.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of process optimization projects in social sphere organizations
- Organization of project working group activities, goal setting, cross-functional mapping, identification of losses, development of measures to eliminate losses, defending project results, forming business requirements for automation, etc.
- Effective use of lean manufacturing tools to increase labor productivity in the institution
- Identification and replication of best practices for improving the comfort of the environment, increasing satisfaction, and growing the institution's labor productivity
- Engaging institution employees in the change process
- Interaction with federal, regional, and municipal authorities of the Russian Federation subjects
- Preparation of reporting materials
Requirements:
- Knowledge and successful application experience of lean manufacturing methods/tools and other labor productivity improvement tools, including cross-functional process mapping (as well as other methods of describing business processes), spaghetti diagrams, competency matrices, production analysis, 5S in the office, root cause analysis and problem-solving methods, etc.
- Knowledge of primary and auxiliary business processes in social sphere institutions
- Experience in managing and implementing projects of varying complexity
- Professional proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Ability to build effective communication with institution managers and employees
- Leadership qualities for managing a project team
