Lean Manufacturing Specialist (Lean)
Hello!
We are the Matller team, developing unique software Morigan (video analytics for lean manufacturing) for food production facilities of various scales. Our clients include Cherkizovo, Pavlovskaya Poultry Farm, Baltiysky Bereg, and other industry leaders.
You will work at the intersection of technology and real production, helping large enterprises improve labor efficiency!
Responsibilities:
- Implementing Morigan software at our clients' production sites.
- Training and engaging users (employees and line supervisors) to work with the system.
- Collecting and analyzing production data within the system (employee productivity, equipment downtime, etc.).
- Creating presentation materials and dashboards that clearly show the results of Morigan system implementation. Presenting the outcomes to client management.
- Supporting the transition of production to piece-rate pay using the Morigan system.
- Evaluating new projects: analyzing the effectiveness of system implementation for optimizing production processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in implementing lean manufacturing systems in an enterprise. Priority experience in food production (meat, poultry, fish processing, vegetables).
- Ability to work with production data, metrics, and visualize them (preparing presentations, dashboards).
- Staff training skills and the ability to effectively interact with production teams.
- Willingness for frequent business trips to client production sites (CIS countries, primarily the Russian Federation).
At the selection stage, we ask you to complete a small test assignment. Your task is to work with real production data: identify key problems and package your findings into a convenient dashboard and a short presentation for top management. It will take about 2–3 hours to complete. We will definitely provide feedback!

- Work schedule Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
- Hybrid work format: business trips + remote work from any city during other times
