🚀 Chief Commercial Officer

EUROCLIMA Group invites a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). We are looking for a commercial architect of the business.

A leader who can shape the commercial strategy of the Group of Companies, ensure sustainable business growth, and become a full-fledged business partner for the owners.

Today, EUROCLIMA combines its own climate equipment production, complex engineering solutions supply, project sales, installation, and maintenance services. We implement integrated projects for data centers, industry, the pharmaceutical sector, and commercial real estate.

❗ This is a fundamental criterion for us ❗

We are exclusively searching among leaders in our industry market. Only candidates with successful experience in managing the commercial function in companies operating in the following sectors are considered:

• HVAC;
• engineering systems;
• industrial equipment;
• industrial engineering;
• EPC/EPCM.

Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, banking, traditional IT, and other markets with different business models is not considered.

🎯 Confirmed experience is mandatory

• Managing the commercial function of a manufacturing or manufacturing-engineering company;
• Developing and implementing commercial strategies;
• Managing complex B2B project sales with long deal cycles;
• Developing industry markets and working with key clients;
• Managing a commercial organization through subordinate managers;
• Building CRM, commercial analytics, and sales forecasting systems;
• Effective interaction with production, engineering, procurement, marketing, and finance departments.

⚠️ We do not consider leaders whose experience is limited solely to meeting sales plans. For this role, experience in business development, managing the company's commercial model, and participating in strategy formation is fundamental.

• Enhancing commercial efficiency and commercial processes;
• Developing CRM, commercial analytics, and sales forecasting;
• Managing heads of commercial departments;
• Participating in strategic business development alongside the owners.
