🚀 We are looking for a strong Product Owner / Senior Product Owner to take charge of the development of a key area - the Unified Contact Center (ECC). When building a large-scale digital platform, strong specialists are required. This is exactly the kind of person we are looking for in the logistics sector.
We are creating a cool digital product in logistics and are looking for someone to take charge of the development of the Unified Contact Center (ECC).
Your main task: Establish clear processes at all support levels: 🔹 1st level - bot and simple questions 🔹 2nd level - standard cases 🔹 3rd level - complex cases 🔹 Experts / service support 🔹 Product support 🔹 Escalations
What else you will do: • Prioritize the backlog, write clear User Stories, monitor releases. • Conduct CustDev, interviews, build CJMs, and test hypotheses. • Work with metrics: FCR, AHT, NPS, CSAT, etc. • Implement AI: smart routing, operator prompts, load forecasts. • Integrate the ECC with CRM and external services. • Think about product economics: LTV, CAC, ROI — so that decisions are not only convenient but also profitable.
This role is for you if: • You have 3 to 7 years of product experience. • You know why CJM, JTBD, AARRR are needed and how to apply them in practice. • You are not afraid of data: metrics, SQL, dashboards are your friends. • You understand how support works from the inside (or really want to figure it out). • You know how to negotiate with development, analysts, and business.
