• Salary for the 1st month - 120,000 ₽, 2nd month - 135,000 ₽. Probation period - 2 months. • From the 3rd month, salary is 150,000 ₽ + bonus of 50,000–100,000 ₽ based on KPI (depends on achieving margin and SLA targets). • Business trips - 2 times a month. • Work in a federal company with an 18-year history and a strong team. • Real authority and influence on the operational and financial results of the department.
• Managing service delivery at client sites through Site Managers. • Achieving the target percentage of Client application fulfillment (SLA) for the department. • Ensuring high service quality and the absence of justified claims. • Expanding the volume of applications from existing clients. • Accepting new clients from the Development Department and launching projects. • Accepting performers from the HR Department and deploying them to sites. • Achieving target profitability indicators for sites in conjunction with the Finance Department. • Recruiting, training, motivating, and developing Site Managers. • Conducting meetings, analyzing site situations, and performing plan-vs-actual analysis for revenue, margin, and SLA. • Monitoring the discipline and productivity of performers at sites. • Interacting with partners and competitors at client sites. • Conducting personal visits to sites and working with client's authorized representatives. • Revenue and margin planning in conjunction with the Finance Department.
• Experience in managing an operational department in outsourcing, cleaning, logistics, manufacturing, or retail. • Understanding of the specifics of linear personnel and mass recruitment. • Experience managing a distributed team and remote sites. • Skills in plan-vs-actual analysis, working with SLA, margin, and cost of goods sold. • Readiness for business trips (2 per month).
