We are DocsInBox** A SaaS platform for restaurants: procurement, document management, government services - all in one place. 15,000 establishments on the platform, 10+ years in the market.

Our support team consists of 80 energetic individuals who help restaurants across the country every day. We are looking for someone whose main task is to make their lives easier: to take manual tasks away from the team every day and hand them over to automation. Less routine and repetitive operations for people means faster responses for clients.

What needs to be done:

1. Analyze where support spends time on manual work and eliminate it.
2. Configure and improve rules in the ticketing system – this is the main daily tool.
3. Independently write and implement bots in the ticketing system: auto-replies, routing, operator prompts - quickly, elegantly, conveniently for the team.
4. Measure the effect: less manual work, faster client responses.

What is important:

• Excellent skills in working with ticketing systems (Eddy / HDE / Bitrix).
• Ability to write bots and integrations (API, scripts), create connections using AI agents, etc.
• Understanding of support processes from the inside.

This is a 2-3 month project, with the possibility of joining the team after the project ends.
