The perfumery and cosmetics supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko is looking for a Content Director.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational activities of the content department (100+ employees)
- Ensure uninterrupted stocking of the storefront (RU, BY, KZ, UAE, KSA, QAT)
- Develop and implement KPIs for departments
- Organize the launch of promotions and maintain the relevance of promo sections
- Control the creation and publication of product cards (texts, photos, videos, attributes)
- Oversee the development and updating of brand zones
- Monitor review moderation and their analytics
- Ensure high quality of visual and text content
- Work on reducing assortment launch times
- Coordinate interaction with the photo studio and warehouse
- Ensure product movement for content creation
- Increase process efficiency through automation
- Formulate budgets for content creation and control their execution. Plan payroll, CAPEX, OPEX
- Prepare regular reports for management
- Monitor the market and best practices in e-commerce content, implement new approaches
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as Head of Content department
- E-commerce experience
- Experience managing a large team
- Ability to resolve conflict and contentious situations
- Resource planning, understanding of e-commerce business processes
