This role is for a person who can manage the entire company. Not just sales. Not just product. But the entire business system — from strategy to daily execution.

We don't need a formal CEO here. We need a strong manager who can grow in numbers, maintain transparency between functions, and lead the team in conditions of uncertainty.

Key Task:

• Full management of the company and implementation of the strategic business plan with a focus on the growth of commercial indicators.

Tasks:

• Full management of the company: development, product, sales, client support, marketing, customer service, finance, HR, legal department.
• Implementation of the strategic business plan.
• Achievement of commercial indicators.
• Maintenance of transparent communication between departments.
• This role is for a person who can assemble the company into a single manageable system.

Requirements:

• Experience as a General or Executive Director in product IT companies.
• Ability to manage through transparent goals and figures.
• Experience managing a business in conditions of uncertainty.
• Confirmed cases of exponential growth in commercial indicators.
• Leadership, flexibility, openness to new ideas, willingness to delve into details and defend a position.
• Confident use of AI tools will be a plus.
