Head of People / HR Director

Company: Hit Hunt (client — Fintech company 🚀) Vacancy: Head of People / HR Director Income Level: willing to discuss Location: Spain/Barcelona (or readiness to relocate quickly)

About the Company: Transition from a fast-growth model to a mature and scalable organization. The team consists of 220+ employees in different countries.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Building a scalable People function: — development and implementation of processes for hiring, onboarding, T&P, compensation, development, offboarding — creation of transparent, repeatable systems for data-driven solutions

🔹 Creating an effective hiring process: — structured funnel with metrics, reduction of time-to-hire — implementation of structured interviews, SLAs with hiring managers — discipline in ATS and transparency

🔹 Working in different countries: — balance of global standards and local specifics (laws, culture, compensation markets)

🔹 Business Partnership: — linking people strategy with company priorities, working with leadership — metrics, business impact, and an ethical approach

Candidate Expectations: ✅ Experience in building and scaling HR functions in companies with 200–500+ employees (preferably with distributed/international teams) ✅ Strong operational and systemic thinking ✅ English — B2 level or higher (written and spoken) ✅ Russian — fluent ✅ Ability to be a business partner and constructively challenge management ✅ Mature leadership style: structure + empathy + long-term thinking ✅ Plus: experience in tech or regulated industries

Work Schedule: — Full employment, full-time — First 3 months — every day in the office (Barcelona) — Thereafter — hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office)
