Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all external communications about Ozon's products and services for customers, sellers, and partners
- Acting as a PR partner for the product block – developing reputation, supporting launches, building product positioning
- Defining the promotion strategy for Ozon's key product categories and verticals: Ozon fresh, Ozon Travel, Ozon Select
- Developing the team and setting measurable and achievable goals for employees based on business objectives;
- Courageously leading anti-crisis communications on behalf of the company and with the involvement of external experts;
- Effectively managing the budget, contractors, and developing relationships with partners and opinion leaders
Our ideal candidate:
- Has managed a PR team for at least 3 years. Preferably – in a mass-market service with millions of users;
- Has extensive experience in crisis communications;
- Understands what a marketplace is, and wants to encourage all of Russia to shop online;
- Always asks the question “what is the purpose of this?”, their responsibility is a great result, not just “to get approval”;
- Is not limited to press releases and seeding – uses any tools that lead the team to the set goal;
- Is not afraid to "work with their hands" - gather facts, write releases, edit research, and set detailed technical specifications;
- Does not faint at questions about KPIs and measurements.
