❤️❤️❤️❤️🩷❤️❤️✨ We are looking for a lead generation specialist to join the Vortholm product team — a Russian corporate portal for AI-powered document workflow automation within companies. We are in the pilot launch phase with our first clients, and we need someone to ensure a flow of qualified traffic and schedule meetings with decision-makers in large companies. You will work closely with a sales manager: you'll find entry points, initiate dialogue, and hand over a warmed-up client for closing. The product is complex and technical (REST API, integrations with 1C/CRM, AI), so it's important to be able to engage technical specialists (IT Directors, Digital Transformation Leaders).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct cold outreach to clients via social networks (LinkedIn, HH, professional communities) and other open sources.
• Segment the database and form company lists matching the target profile (large businesses actively using document workflow).
• Contact decision-makers (IT Directors, department heads, business owners) through personalized messages and calls.
• Conduct initial client needs "reconnaissance" and justify the product's value to schedule a technical demonstration.
• Track results in the CRM system, reporting on key metrics (number of touches, scheduled meetings, conversion).
• Analyze which scripts and offers work best and propose ideas for improving the lead funnel.

We expect:

• Experience in cold outreach via social networks — mandatory (2 to 3 years in lead generation or direct B2B sales).
• Understanding of corporate software and/or IT services specifics (it's important to speak the same language as technical specialists).
• Skills in writing engaging messages (texts that C-level read and respond to).
• Ability to handle objections during the first contact and identify business pain points.
• Confident use of data search and enrichment tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, similar tools, parsers).
• Self-organization and result-orientation (plan figures are your main motivation).

Will be a plus:

• Sales experience in B2B automation, document workflow, or AI solutions.
• Understanding of CRM systems (AmoCRM, Bitrix24).
• Skills in working with ChatGPT or other AI tools to accelerate hypothesis preparation and personalization.
