• Outsourcing - we provide loaders, pickers, general laborers for client projects. • Recruitment - we select skilled workers for companies' staff.

Our clients are financially stable companies from key sectors of the economy across Russia.

The development department needs a person who finds and transfers quality leads to sales managers. You don't sell yourself - you find companies that need our services, check them against our client profile, and pass them on for further processing.

What you will be doing:

• Searching for companies across Russia that may need outsourcing or recruitment of line personnel. • Verifying potential clients according to our criteria: financial condition, industry, scale of operations. • Working with databases, open sources, industry registers. • Transferring qualified leads to the sales manager with brief information about the client. • Keeping track of leads and monitoring their further progress.

What is important to us:

• Information search experience: you know how to find a company, check it, and determine if it's suitable. • Understanding of B2B sales: you know what a quality lead looks like. • Independence: you don't wait to be given a list - you search on your own. • Will be a plus: experience in outsourcing, recruitment, or mass personnel selection.

What we offer:

• Salary 40,000 ₽ + KPI based on the quantity and quality of leads (at least 25-30 qualified leads per month). • Probation period of 1 month. • Work in the development department, direct communication with the sales manager. • Format: remote.
