Vacancy: 1C Sales Manager (Active Sales / Support)
Company: Leading 1C Franchisee (client BGStaff)
Work Format: Remote (across Russia) or Hybrid (office in Orenburg).
Working Hours: Orenburg time (09:00 to 18:00).
Income Range: Base Salary + KPI (discussed individually with successful candidate) 70,000-110,000 rubles
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Working with incoming inquiries and a "warm" client base
- Active sales of 1C products and support agreements (AO)
- Consulting on configurations (Accounting, UT, ZUP, etc.), selecting tariffs
- Full deal management: from consultation to signing acceptance certificates
- Meeting personal sales targets
🔹 Requirements (Mandatory):
- Experience in selling 1C products and/or support agreements for at least 1 year
- Understanding of the specifics of main 1C configurations
- Proficient PC user, negotiation and business correspondence skills
- Desire to earn and grow
