Head of Partner Marketing (SberPrime)
We are looking for a manager for the SberPrime partner marketing team.
The department is actively growing: the number of partner integrations, special projects, and cross-functional tasks is increasing.
We oversee not only the SberPrime subscription but are gradually transitioning into partner marketing for the Sber ecosystem. In 2026, the launch of several federal advertising campaigns, the development of new thematic streams, deepening work with ecosystem partners, and strengthening the presence of external partnerships are planned.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle management of major partnerships: from negotiations and offer development to creative control, launch, analytics collection, and reporting
- Management of federal advertising campaigns with partners: discussing offers, coordinating mechanics, approving creatives, discussing promotions, controlling launch, support, and completion
- Launching special projects and collaborations with external brands and ecosystem services in various categories
- Coordinating projects timed to cultural events, holidays, and news events (including offer selections and thematic activities)
- Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns: tracking key metrics, preparing reports, and optimization proposals
- Preparing technical specifications and briefings for promotional activities
- Participating in infrastructure projects: product integration in bank channels, coordinating visual solutions, interacting with acquiring, loyalty, partnership, and product teams
- Developing legal frameworks for activities, maintaining a partner matrix, interacting with lawyers, accounting, and finance departments
Requirements
- Higher education
- Analytical experience in marketing / partner programs – from 3 years
- Experience in managing complex projects with teams (products/services for B2B/B2C)
- Skills in preparing technical specifications and coordinating mockups
- Experience in full-cycle management of major partnerships: from negotiations and offer development to creative control, launch, analytics collection, and reporting
- Understanding of product, business, and marketing metrics
- Experience working with various channels – from performance and CRM to reach media campaigns
- Negotiation skills and the ability to defend product interests when agreeing on terms with partners
- System thinking: ability to work with a large volume of tasks, documents, and deadlines without losing quality
- Readiness to work in a rapidly changing environment with a high pace and multitasking
