Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining models for rolling sales forecasts
- Building long-term strategic models for the business, as well as for banks, for a 3-5 year horizon
- Scenario modeling, determining the economic effect of changes in individual parameters of different scenarios
- Conducting factor analysis of deviations of actuals from planned/forecast data for revenue (sales, gross margin)
- Conducting profitability analysis by sales channels and points of sale
- Participating in projects to improve operational efficiency, processes, etc., at the request of the business
- Developing a team of employees
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in modeling and analysis (3+ years) in positions no lower than senior specialist
- Experience in developing complex models for an extensive geographical network with a large number of assumptions
- Ability to use modeling to find answers to key business, investor, and owner questions
- Experience in scenario modeling, working with allocation models
- Experience with advanced ERP systems (1C), ability to generate complex reports by combining tables, queries, etc.
- High level of proficiency in Excel, including PQ, PP add-ins, knowledge of SQL basics
- Ability to independently understand tasks from scratch and bring implementation to completion with the formulation of concrete conclusions and recommendations
