Experience from 1.5 to 4 years as a Business Analyst, Presale Analyst, or Implementation Analyst.

Presale Activities Responsibilities:

Preparation and delivery of product demonstrations to potential customers and partners. Identifying client needs and designing solutions based on company products. Analyzing the compliance of customer business requirements with software functionality. Consulting partners on product and technical issues. Preparing commercial proposals, preliminary Terms of Reference, and other documentation for the presale stage. Project Activities: Conducting customer business process surveys, collecting and structuring requirements. Developing project documentation (ToR, PMI, etc.). Detailing requirements for development (User Stories, tasks for the team). Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project handover to the customer (PSI). Experience from 1.5 years as a Business Analyst, Presale Analyst, or Implementation Analyst. Clear understanding of the full IT project lifecycle (from presale to implementation and support). Skills in conducting presentations and software demonstrations for various audiences. Experience in collecting, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements. Ability to write technical documentation: ToR, User Stories, CJM, demonstration scenarios, reports.

• office work, readiness for business trips and meetings with clients

Knowledge and experience in archival record keeping, ECM systems, content lifecycle management, and document flow in large companies (Enterprise). Basic understanding of the principles of operation and architecture of ECM systems. Skills in using task management tools (Jira, YouTrack, Sfera) and documentation tools (Confluence, Wiki).

Citizenship: RB and KR citizens are welcome, but with documents for working in the Russian Federation. Place of residence/location: Moscow or the Moscow region with the possibility of regular in-person meetings with clients and work in the head office.
