Work experience of at least 3 years as a Business Analyst, Presales Analyst, or Implementation Analyst.

Presales Activities Responsibilities:

Preparation and delivery of product demonstrations to potential clients and partners. Identification of client needs and design of solutions based on company products. Analysis of compliance between customer business requirements and software functionality. Consulting partners on product and technical issues. Preparation of commercial proposals, preliminary SOWs, and other documentation for the presales stage. Project Activities: Conducting client business process surveys, gathering and structuring requirements. Development of project documentation (SOW, Technical Specification, etc.). Detailing requirements for development (User Stories, tasks for the team). Participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project delivery to the client (PSI). Conducting training for key users. Work experience of at least 1.5 years as a Business Analyst, Presales Analyst, or Implementation Analyst. Clear understanding of the full IT project lifecycle (from presales to implementation and support). Skills in conducting presentations and software demonstrations for various audiences. Experience in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements. Ability to write technical documentation: SOW, User Stories, CJM, demonstration scenarios, reports.

• Preferably, skills in sales presentations and experience in projects with Document Management Systems (DMS).
• Office work, readiness for business trips and client meetings.
• Experience participating in the implementation of IT programs for DMS for external clients. Vacancy Requirements Description (Hard Skills)

Knowledge and experience in archival record keeping, ECM systems, content lifecycle management, and document flow in large companies (Enterprise). Basic understanding of ECM system principles of operation and architecture. Skills in working with task management tools (Jira, YouTrack, Sphere) and documentation tools (Confluence, Wiki).

Citizenship: citizens of the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic are welcome, but with documents for working in the Russian Federation. Residence/Location: Moscow or Moscow Oblast with the possibility of regular in-person meetings with clients and working at the head office. Work Format: Hybrid, client meetings by agreement. Working hours from 10:00 to 18:30. Vacation and weekends according to labor legislation.
