The hotel operator AZIMUT Hotels is looking for a Network Development Director.
Responsibilities:
- To carry out work on the development of the hotel network;
- To search for and attract hotel projects and conclude contracts for management, franchise, lease;
- To conduct negotiations and conclude deals on the extension of already signed management and franchise contracts;
- To promote the company brand in strategically important regions of the Russian Federation, CIS regions, and other markets for the Company;
- To conduct negotiations with business owners, government bodies, representatives of the hotel community and the business community as a whole in order to conclude deals;
- To search for and evaluate promising hotel projects for management and franchise;
- To prepare an analysis of the technical feasibility and economic viability of new projects, and risk assessment;
- To assess the attractiveness of commercial conditions of properties, assess risks, conduct negotiations, and sign contracts;
- To carry out activities aimed at promoting AZIMUT brand properties in order to increase their attractiveness both as accommodation facilities and as partners for conducting hotel business.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in sales, consulting services;
- Experience in contractual work with investors;
- Higher education. Economics, law, hotel business, tourism;
- Knowledge of English at the Advanced level;
- Knowledge of financial/investment analysis;
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts concerning issues of socio-economic development of the organization, legal support of the organization's activities, document flow, and rule-making;
- Knowledge of enterprise development planning principles;
- Knowledge of basic enterprise financial recovery tools;
- Knowledge of modern enterprise management systems.
