Description
The IT Infrastructure Management team is looking for an employee who will strengthen our team in the development and operation of telephony and contact center services.
Responsibilities
- Administration and technical support of telecommunications software and equipment;
- Maintaining the operability of voice services based on Avaya Aura 8 and Avaya Session Border Controller (SBC) platforms, MightyCall;
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of IP telephony;
- Developing technical documentation, instructions, and procedures;
- Participating in the design and implementation of projects to modernize the existing telephony infrastructure;
- Resolving incidents and tasks related to the support of corporate communication services.
Requirements
- Experience in administration and support of VoIP systems on the Avaya Aura 8 and Avaya SBC platform;
- Knowledge of the principles of building and operating IP telephony networks;
- Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting data transmission networks;
- Proficiency in working with network traffic monitoring and analysis tools;
- Experience in administering Linux operating systems;
- Experience in operating telephony systems based on virtualization systems;
Will be an advantage
- Practical experience with the MightyCall telephony system or domestic solutions;
- Experience in writing scripts and automating tasks in Python/Bash/PS or writing Json;
- Experience working in large contact centers with 500+ operators.
