Responsibilities
- Second-line support for automated systems;
- Conducting initial analysis of error causes, and transferring them to internal and external developers when necessary;
- Analyzing system logs (ELK), using simple database queries (Oracle) to find and fix errors;
- Investigating integration errors between systems;
- Creating, modifying, blocking user accounts in the described systems, managing the role model;
- Updating directories and reference data;
- Consulting users within your area of responsibility;
- Interacting with technical support of contractor organizations, analysts, and developers;
- Updating the knowledge base (Confluence), writing instructions and reports.
Requirements
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of experience in user technical support;
- Independence, proactiveness;
- Knowledge of SQL basics and DBMS operations;
- Knowledge of XML structure, tools for working with XML;
- Understanding of the architecture and principles of enterprise information systems, web services, integrations;
- Knowledge of Postman, XMLSpy, SQL Developer, or similar tools;
- Experience with Jira/Confluence/Service desk systems;
- Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals and IT process automation;
- Ability to use neural networks in daily work.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
