HR Business Partner (Support)
We are expanding our stellar HR team and looking for an HR BP to join the support team.
We will entrust you with the most precious thing we have: caring for people. If you already have experience as an HR professional with support teams, an understanding of key HR processes, and high speed and resourcefulness — we are looking for you.
What you will do
- Understand team processes: collect and share context between related teams in support, suggest improvements;
- Handle non-standard cases within the team: complex situations, structural changes — be there and help figure things out;
- Manage HR projects from idea to rollout within the team: gather requirements, think through details, and implement within the team;
- Make decisions based on budget: consider the cost of time, resources, and team focus, and evaluate how the decision will impact the business.
What we expect from you
- You have experience as an HR BP for support teams;
- You have experience working with teams of 100+ people;
- You have experience automating HR processes — you know how not only to maintain but also improve what already exists: in your cover letter, tell us about an automation case you are proud of;
- You already know how to support HR processes, e.g., 1-on-1 meetings with managers, conducting reviews, employee promotions, and transfers;
- You find win-win solutions, helping the company improve and people become happier.
