Head of Marketing Department

We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing Department who will become a key player in promoting our solutions and expertise in the market.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Audit of the company's current marketing channels, products, and services, identifying growth opportunities
- Formation and implementation of the company's marketing strategy for the next 6–12 months
- Marketing team management: task assignment, development, motivation
- Development and launch of advertising campaigns
- Analysis of the market, competitors, and target audience, identification of new growth points
- Interaction with sales departments, product team, and external contractors
- Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing activities, budget optimization
- Brand development and increasing market recognition
- Organizing participation in industry events, conferences, exhibitions, as well as organizing our own events (online and offline)
- Implementation of new digital tools and innovative approaches in marketing
We are a good fit if you have:
- Higher education, at least 6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a management position; experience in IT and system integration is welcome
- Practical skills in building and implementing marketing strategies
- Experience in team management and successful turnkey project launches
- Knowledge of modern digital tools, analytics, SMM, content marketing
- Ability to work with large volumes of information, systematic thinking
- Readiness to take responsibility for results and propose non-standard solutions
- Communication and organizational skills
