An IT company SberTech is looking for a GR Manager (AI PDLC).
A new team is being formed to be responsible for the development of the AI PDLC methodology, including the analysis of current and target AI initiatives of the company, collection of requirements and best practices, and the design of the target product lifecycle model. The project team, under the guidance of the author-customer, will form and agree on a unified framework for building development processes in the organization using AI.
Responsibilities:
- Forming the agenda for the meetings of the Generative Software Development Council
- Organizational support for meetings
- Recording the Council's decisions
- Monitoring the execution of instructions
- Consolidating the Council's monthly reports
- Administering the Council's membership
- Coordinating the interaction of working groups — organizing joint meetings when topics overlap
- Monitoring the activities of related and parallel structures on AI topics
- GR support for interaction with government bodies
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of commercial experience in GR, working with government bodies, industry unions/associations, or large IT companies
- Higher education in law, public and municipal administration, international relations, economics, management, or IT
- Knowledge of the processes and regulations of federal executive bodies (preferably – Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation), their powers, and decision-making procedures
- Knowledge of the legislative process: participation in the preparation of proposals for draft laws, by-laws, strategic documents, and state programs in the field of digital economy and AI
- Practical experience in planning and organizing the activities of collegial bodies: forming annual and quarterly work plans, meeting agendas, decision roadmaps
- Skills in preparing and supporting Council meetings: collecting proposals, forming a package of materials, coordinating presentations, recording decisions, monitoring execution
- Experience in preparing and presenting analytical materials for the leadership of the Ministry of Digital Development and the Council (briefs, memos, proposals, presentations)
Will be a plus:
- Experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
- Experience in analyzing regulatory acts, industry initiatives, and proposals from companies, forming consolidated position documents
- Diplomacy and experience working with confidential information.
