You will lead product development in the area of Budgeting and Expense Control at the country's main stock exchange! 📈 What you will do: • Design target business processes and customer journeys; • Systematize requirements and analyze process metrics; • Gather feedback and be responsible for product development "under the hood" and externally. Our ideal candidate: ✅ Experience in GreenData: at least 3 years of independent setup/development; ✅ PO/PM Role: from 2 years in FinTech (Budgeting/Expenses); ✅ Technical Background: expert knowledge of DBMS, SQL, and Groovy; ✅ Platform: knowledge of GreenData's object model, BPMN, algorithms, and visualization; ✅ Leadership: experience as an architect or team lead (team of 2+ people) for at least 1 year; ✅ Tools: Agile, Scrum, PMBoK, Jira, Confluence. Will be a plus: • Certificates in algorithms and BPMN (level B and above); • Experience in designing integrations and data visualization skills.
