Media Planning Manager at Yandex Fabrika

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for launching, developing, and promoting Fabrika's brands in Russia and on international markets.
Media Planning You will be responsible for creating and implementing tactical media plans, conducting diagnostics of competitors' media placements, finding the most successful and effective points of media contact with the audience, participating in justifying media placements, and optimizing them.
Media Growth and Control You will form and control the annual media flowchart and budgeting, formulate clear briefs for the media agency, achieve growth in the brand's communication metrics in a team with media partners, track market trends, and propose experiments aimed at business growth in mass communication channels.
Analytics and Reporting You will need to handle comprehensive media channel analytics: monitoring KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion), forming reports with recommendations for optimizing content strategy and advertising campaigns, conducting competitive analysis and audience segmentation, as well as evaluating ROMI and working with web analytics systems to set up end-to-end analytics and increase the effectiveness of marketing activities.
